HOO image for the nebula and RGB image for the stars

Description:

South of the Eta Carina nebula complex, imaged with a personal remote setup in the Warrumbungle National Park, Australia in January and February 2026. Nebulae are best viewed in the HOO spectrum and the stars are extracted from the RGB image.

The Eta Carina star is in the direction of the top left corner. The field of view centers on the undulating, chaotic wall like structure in the nebula.

Dark cloud and a neatly defined nebula in the top right corner add to the complexity of one of the largest nebulae in our skies.
