Description:

RCW 98, the Coffee Bean Nebula, is a compact H II region in Norma illuminated by several massive stars. A central Wolf–Rayet star shapes the nebula's striking appearance through powerful stellar winds, while surrounding dust clouds continue to give birth to new generations of stars.
