HOO image for the nebula and RGB image for the stars

Description:

IC 4633 and IC 4635 are faint galaxies in the southern constellation Apus, seen through a veil of foreground Milky Way dust.

IC 4633 is the brighter spiral galaxy of the pair, while IC 4635 lies nearby as a fainter companion. The surrounding dusty glow, linked to the South Celestial Serpent, adds depth to the scene and makes this a beautiful but challenging deep-sky target.
